Aged in Franciscan Well Brewery IPA Casks which were sent over by Jameson before the whiskey was finished

• IPA for this particular whisky actually stands for Irish Pale Ale rather than the more common association (Indian Pale Ale)

• This is a NAS whisky (No Age Statement) which means its a least 3yrs old but time is not a definitive factor

• Jameson is the number 1# Irish Whisky in the world

• The distilleries namesake is actually a Scottish legal clerk so is not Irish by heritage but it was established in Dublin

Nose: Pine, Citrus, Prunes and Vanilla

Taste: Cream, Cereal Grains, Dried Fruits, Malt

Best Served: As A Boiler Maker (Cheeky Half of Wanna Go To The Sun from the crew at Lost & Grounded)

Bleed: Heavy
